Minecraft Cake

Inspired by the game Minecraft

Nourishment is important even when it’s just in a game and this is one of the most popular foods in the iconic Minecraft universe. It’s a block square cake with blocked icing and topped with some sort of red berries?

So this obviously would require a sturdy firm cake, icing that doesn’t move and red berries! I’m making one of my favourite treats - banana bread as the perfect base.

• 5 medjool dates

• 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 3 tbsp tahini
